Varsha Beauty and Spa: Terms and Conditions for Clients After Booking a Treatment

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1. Upon booking a treatment, clients will receive a confirmation email or message detailing the appointment date, time, and service(s) selected.
1.2. Clients must review the confirmation details and notify Varsha Beauty and Spa of any discrepancies within 24 hours.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost.
2.3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

3. Arrival and Late Policy

3.1. Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for the treatment.
3.2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next scheduled client, with the full treatment price still applicable.
3.3. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and be subject to the no-show policy.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Clients must inform Varsha Beauty and Spa of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
4.2. Clients must notify their therapist immediately if they experience any discomfort or adverse reaction during the treatment.
4.3. Varsha Beauty and Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment for treatments must be made in full at the time of the appointment.
5.2. Varsha Beauty and Spa accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

6. Gift Certificates and Packages

6.1. Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
6.2. Gift certificates and packages cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
6.3. Expired gift certificates and packages will not be honored.

7. Personal Belongings

7.1. Varsha Beauty and Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the premises.
7.2. Clients are advised to keep their valuables safe and with them at all times.

8. Conduct and Behavior

8.1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients at all times.
8.2. Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct may result in the termination of the treatment and future service refusals.

9. Feedback and Complaints

9.1. Varsha Beauty and Spa values client feedback and encourages clients to share their experience.
9.2. Any complaints should be addressed to the management as soon as possible to resolve any issues promptly.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

10.1. Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
10.2. Varsha Beauty and Spa may use client contact information to inform them of special offers and promotions, unless the client opts out.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1. Varsha Beauty and Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their next appointment.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Varsha Beauty and Spa operates.
12.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
